Isn't the timing free on the organiser's own page?
It is, and we link to it from every board — that is the organiser's data and the link is part of the deal. What £5.99 buys is not secret information: it is every class on one screen instead of tab-hopping, an email alert when a covered result for your followed rider lands, your whole season in one place, and a board built for a phone in a field rather than a laptop. If you would rather squint at the raw timing page for free, the link is right there.
Do the clubs get anything?
Club listings are free and stay free — that's the deal that lets us carry their calendar and their results at all. We never sell entries and never take a cut of one.
How do I cancel?
My account → Manage billing → Cancel. It takes two taps and you keep Pro until the period you've paid for ends. No email, no phone call, no retention offer.
If I back a rider, am I paying twice?
No. One £5.99 covers both: £4 goes to the rider and the £1.99 we keep is your Pro. If you already pay for Pro and then back a rider, cancel the Pro one from My account — backing alone keeps it switched on.
What happens to my follows if I stop?
They stay. You drop back to one followed rider and the top three on live boards; nothing is deleted and your season record stays on your rider page.
Does Pro work in the app?
Yes — sign in with the same email and Pro follows your account onto the iPhone and Android apps.
