GOOD TO KNOW

Why is Club free forever?

Clubs are the supply the whole guide depends on. Charging volunteer-run clubs would shrink the calendar and hurt riders. Promoters, venues and brands are the customers.

What does “free during the pilot” mean?

Founding organisers use the Promoter tier at no cost while we prove the product together, and that promise stands — the paid buttons here are for anyone who would rather just start. When a pilot place ends we ask, in writing, whether you want to continue at the listed price. If you don’t, you drop to Club and your listings stay live.

Do you take commission on entries or tickets?

No. Entry always goes to your own system. If we ever propose a tracked referral arrangement for tickets or festival passes, it is opt-in, labelled to riders and agreed in writing first.

Can I pay per event instead?

Yes — a featured slot is bought per event, by the week, at £49. Book one above without a plan or a contract. A full per-event profile is still not a thing we sell; listings are free and stay free.

Are these prices final?

They are the prices we’re testing with the first organisers. If they change, founding organisers keep whichever is lower for their first year.
